LivingEquipoise is a blog I started in 2012 as I was thinking about faith, religion, positive psychology, and finding equanimity and harmonious existence in this fractious world. The blog also describes my first encounter with mindfulness. The most popular page in the blog is the mindfulness poetry page .
My Tumblr Equipoise Blog is more of the same, but maybe a bit less religion and a bit more science-y stuff.

*Equipoise is holding two opposing ideas in parity; entertaining more than one model at the same time. For example, ethical clinical trials may require clinical equipoise in which researchers simultaneously believe that a new treatment is better than existing treatments, but also that the existing, control treatment is superior. If the investigator already knows that one or the other treatment is superior, it would be unethical to give trial subjects an inferior treatment
